Accessibility statement
Frank Ellerbroek and Vantage Mortgage Group, Inc. DBA Vantage Mortgage Brokers are committed to providing a website that is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we keep improving it.
What we do
- Semantic landmarks, headings and lists so screen readers can navigate every page.
- Text alternatives for images, captions or transcripts for videos where available, and labels on every form field.
- Keyboard access to all menus, calculators, forms and the video players, with visible focus states.
- Color contrast that meets AA, and results that never rely on color alone.
- Respect for your system’s reduced-motion setting. Background video and animations stop when it is on.
- An accessibility button at the bottom left of every page with text size, high contrast, underlined links and pause animations. Your choices are saved on your device only.
Third-party content
Some tools on this site are provided by partners (the live rate tool, the quote form, the Rate Tracker signup and Vimeo videos). We choose partners that support accessibility, and every embedded tool also has a plain link so you can open it in a new tab. If one of them is hard to use, contact us and we will help you another way.
